What I do:
Lead and manage a team of smart, talented Account Service professionals. I’m focused on building our team’s expertise through continued education and training and helping ensure we are exceeding client expectations at every turn.
My self-proclaimed title:
Client service champion.
Purple is my AKHIA color and it fits my style because:
Some may say I have a slight obsession with purple – the color seems to find a way into my wardrobe almost every day. Even my first car was purple!

What’s your favorite way to interact with our clients:
I most enjoy spending time with clients when we’re away from the office – whether it’s simply meeting over lunch or dinner, or heading out of town for a trade show or event, it has been my experience that those one-on-one opportunities have always been the best way to really get to know a client, share the most laughs and result in the best stories/memories to share for years to come.
What’s your greatest strength:
Staying calm under pressure and passing that calm presence on to others on my team.
What do you do in your spare time and how does that affect what you do and how you work:
My spare time is spent with family – finding more time to be with my husband and two children is always a challenge, so it makes me very appreciative of a career that allows for a flexible work schedule where a standard 9 to 5 work day isn’t necessarily the norm. My team and my clients know that even if I’m not in the office, they can always reach me on my phone or via email. It’s one of the perks of being in an industry where email communication is often preferred. With my computer and phone in hand, I can strike a balance between having a career I love, and being available to those I love most (my family).
