The events in Parkland, Florida were tragic. I won’t try to go to the depths necessary to discuss or reflect how we feel about it. But there is one incredibly positive story that has come from this – the inspiration we can all take from the survivors, putting a mainstream spotlight for the first time on Gen Z, who are poised to impact this country in so many ways over the next decade.
